In all of Marcia’s roles, she’s brought her keen eye for people and technology. “I've seen a lot of dead weight in IT. If you buy a product because it sounds good or looks pretty, but you don't have the staffing or technology to support it—it’s dead weight,” she said. Marcia doesn’t use any software that she doesn’t trust completely.
